Group AND SPONSORSHIP Information
Churches, Youth Groups, Businesses and other Groups Can participate in this Event to help accomplish YOUR goals as well....
How?
1. Sell Tickets to the Event at Group Rate (10+) of $15 and keep $5 a ticket for your ministry or business. Use funds to help your group go to Concerts, Camp, Youth Events, or just to provide some give-away tickets for your group! Note: Group Ticket Prices are only good on advance tickets up until June 30th! Prices after this date will be $17.50 and gate prices are $25.
2. Purchase a Booth at the Concert to sell items to raise funds for your organization. You can provide a service, items, or just distribute free material about your church, ministry or youth group. Note: All items for sale must have prior approval, be consistent with the mission of the Center, and follow all event guidelines. Sorry.. no food or facepainting. Booth's are non-electric, 10' X 10' spaces. $100 First come First serve! After June 30th, booths are $125. Businesses may purchase a booth for informational purposes and under limited circumstances sell items. Contact us for additional information.
3. Sell the most Tickets by June 30th, and get a meet and greet with the artist of your choice! (Meet and greets will be distributed by descending order of highest ticket sales by participating bands) .
4. The Center reserves the right of approval for ministry and business functions and goals that meet the Center's statement of purpose, goals, and ministry guidelines. Please ask though! Our goals are to be consistent, not restrictive.
5. HELP BE AN EVENT SPONSOR. Sponsorship levels begin with $2000 for a front stage banner (provided by you). You can obtain a stage sign sponsor then for $1000 for stage listing $500 Sponsor board and $250 for a program listing. This is great business advertising as well as a great way to sponsor Contemporary Christian music in our area and provide funds for the Christian Family Children's Center's ministry to provide Christian programs for the family.
